Unable to finalise my dovument upload. All has been uploaded yet It keeps saying I need to finalise. Very frustrating
Reliable platform year after year
One of the best platforms available hands down .
Charts don’t work
On the global account, for the iPhone 12, version 14.4, the charts don’t load, constantly says loading-for all instruments. Incredibly frustrating!!
Dollar Basket
The dollar basket seems stuck on Friday 23/4/2020 and it’s giving highly inaccurate information, please fix this.
Poor trading platform
As soon as the volume in trading picks up the platform will not respond.. If the volume is too high they will disable functions on your trading instrument.. Avoid IG. Same as Robinhood, will pushover the client for their own gain.

Helpline is the WORST!!! Very unhappy.

I am happy so far. Issue I have though is IG live chat don’t seem to be working. To get hold of them via phone call is a mission. But overall am fine.
Higher min. deposit
For new and cautious traders who wish to start small it’s bad since the min. deposit is too high
