Terrible app, given feedback before, no reply and. O action

Compared to other apps such as Marriott lacks features like searching hotels by map when on the road (many IHG hotels have not even optimised their Google map search listing), searching for family friendly or dog friendly hotels, and very poor selection of leisure hotels. Also security for loyalty members lacks 2-way authentication. Lots of work to do.

Rooms limited to 1 ?

Thumb update… selection of rooms not possible… default one E.g. 4 adults, 2 children… but impossible to select second room?

Can’t access my member card

Not able to ad the membercard to the Wallet Please fix that bug !!!!!! Only shows Intercontinental Ambassador Card not ihg spire and Elite card Anyway non of both cards ... possible to add to my wallet as it used to be ... On the ihg homepage can view both cards ...

Hardly ever working

Trying to book with the app is a nightmare. The app freezes all the time or is just stuck in an infinite searching loop. When you do get to the point when you can confirm your booking you get a backbone error most of the time. Would rate 0 if possible

Nice tool with some problems

Useful and good functions. Problem is that it lose its state too easy. You need to login again too many times. It is also not able to see the coming reservation without internet (e.g. you are abroad and has no data on smartphone).

Wallet integration?

It‘s seriously not possible to add the membership cart to Wallet.

Very useful, user friendly and nice looking.

Good when the booking is not far away...

I real like the app put be a bit disappointed about the reason that it's not possible to book 1 year or longer upfront! :-( Also a big dislike for IHG partner hotels who have 5 times higher prices at exhibition times also for platin members! :-( ASAP this are done proper it's for sure a 5star app!

Praktisch und komfortabel

Gutes tool mit kleinen schwächen. Aber insgesamt sehr hilfreich fürs arbeiten mit dem iPad.
