Spam in push notifications
I just got a spam push notification, with no apparent ability to opt out in settings. That’s a clear violation of App Store policy. Do it once more and I’ll disable notifications for the app outright.

Not able to log in to my IHG account. The app is not reacting.

Aplikace je v ruštině a nikde není možnost změnit jazyk! Zkusil jsem jí odstranit a znovu nainstalovat asi 10x, stále všechno pouze v ruštině.
App for nothing...
I would expect to find there useful information such as on-line invoice which can each IHG member to print after stay.
Liars
During online resevation of two rooms I found that I should get 1600 points. After my stay I was informed that was a ´non qualified stay ´ so I get ZERO point. I sent my complain to customer service. Now 14 days passed but no reply. IHG simply ignore their customers problems.

Terrible for hotel searching
I just don’t know who designed the hotel search. Say you want to do a Saturday night getaway and there are several cities you’d be willing to drive to. The catch is - you have to bring your dog. Sure it saves ‘recent searches’ but does it save the ‘Pets Allowed’ filter. No. You have to set that every time and you have to expand the features list and re-scroll to the checkbox. There’s just too much clicking and navigation for what should be a simple task. I love the brand, I like the level of detail once you find a property… but the hoops to even find a property are maddening. (Yes - this has bothered me for a long time and I’m venting )
