IHOP

I was treated wrongfully and multiple staff attendants argued with me and said multiple times that I was in the wrong, this was not a joyous experience and the ihop located off of slide in Lubbock will not be expecting my business again. I waited at least 20 minutes to be seated when there were two other customers in the location. Once again the staff here was unexpectable.

The app didn’t let me pay

Every time i try to redeem my points from my receipt (Recent purchase) it wont let me. “Invalid location please contact customer support” customer support couldn’t help. Great food, Bad App.

Worst of all is dealing with gift cards! Never worked right, not working at all right now. I just checked a balance on a card today and it had $50, used the same card number and code and it wouldn’t load, saying there is an error. Plus have lost funds that I had loaded to the app. Had balances and when I checked again it was zero. Finally, when trying to use a loaded gift card amount, the app kept trying to take more than the total balance. In addition, the calendar for future orders wouldn’t work, I’d set the date and time and it would show as a total different time, usually outside the operating hours so I couldn’t do anything more.

Neve knows my password even through it’s facial recognition. Then when I try to reset the password, never get the email to do that. Worthless.

A high school programmer must’ve been hire to do the job. Extremely unintuitive interface, why can’t you choose rewards at checkout. Put in wrong address for credit card and it charges me anyway and cancels order. Put in correct address and I break the app

It’s so annoying when I order food from an app and they don’t support Apple Pay. Then it won’t let me paste in my card number into the app from my virtual wallet which is even more annoying. So I’m forced to manually type in my card info into your app. Apple Pay would be way more secure and easier for your customers. It’s 2024 not having this feature is pretty surprising.

Agreeing with previous remarks about login/password issues. Can only login via computer not from iPhone or iPad consistently. On iPad the screen is shifted to the left and won’t go full screen unless I select an item. On iPhone it never lets me login and keeps prompting me to reset password. Website seems only functional from website and not the mobile apps.

Tried multiple times to order thru app at different locations. None of them worked. Keeps giving error about checking payment info. Keeps Informed the locations and they didn't help.
