Ayuda al cliente
La peor experiencia que he tenido jamás con atención al cliente. La teleoperadora me empezó hablar con todo de superioridad y cuando te rebajas a su nivel se hace la víctima. Te llamo por un caso w que me vengas a estropear todo el sistema y como esto siga así y no hagan su trabajo yo les voy a denunciar. No es normal que bloquees una tarjeta y te sigan cobrando y reteniendo el dinero y la persona que tenga la tarjeta seguir usándolo como si nada cuando lo he denunciado y mandado una nueva a mi domicilio. Que no arreglen esto y me devuelvan mi dinero les llevo a juicio y me da igual pagar abogados.

He intentado registrarme pero me dio la opción de crear un perfil y cuando me registre esperando la confirmación me mandan un email diciendo que les faltaba información así que fue rechazado, pero no decía el que y no he encontrado manera de comunicarme con los de imagin ya que en la app no hay un número de contacto y en Caixa baño dicen que ellos no pueden ayudarme y ahora mi perfil con mis datos cuando ingreso a mi cuenta me aparece con el nombre de Francesca y cuando pulso mi perfil ya aparecen mis datos y quiero abrirme una cuenta o eliminar el perfil que cree pero no me da ninguna opción es una locura cuando debería ser algo tan simple 🥺
Mala atención al cliente
Tienen una incidencia con su servicio de mensajería y en lugar de ayudarme me dicen que llame primero a mi compañía telefónica (aunque son conscientes de que el problema es de Imagin Bank) a ver qué me dicen y si no, que vuelva a llamar, pasar otra vez el cuestionario robot y entonces ya verán si me ayudan. Y cuando he pedido que me pasara con la encuesta de valoración el operador ha dicho que lo hacía para colgar acto seguido.

L’app ha deixat de funcionar correctament en el meu dispositiu (iphone) mentre totes les altres apps funcionen correctament. L’he desintal•lat i reinstal•lat mil cops i reiniciat el meu mobil. Atenció el client ha obert una incidencia pero encara no m’han donat cap solució. I no puc accedir als meus diners de cap manera!
