Violazione della privacy assoluta
Ho usato immobiliare.it per trovare la mia attuale casa e non l’ho più usato per un bel po’. Ieri mi collego giusto per curiosare qua e là, e oggi ho ricevuto 7 chiamate da agenti immobiliari. Un caso? Certamente no. Evidentemente immobiliare.it si è venduta i miei dati (senza un mio consenso esplicito) e probabilmente in violazione del GDPR. ATTENZIONE USATE L’APP E IL VOSTRO NOME E NUMERO DI TELEFONO VERRÀ DATO ALLE AGGENZIE IMMOBILIARI DI ZONA.
Numero delle camere da letto
La pecca più grande di quest’app? Non avere un filtro per il numero di camere da letto. Per chi cerca casa in affitto da studente o lavoratore, avere un filtro con il numero di locali non basta, sarebbe utilissimo averne uno con il numero effettivo di camere da letto. Più volte mi è capitato di inserire nei filtri 4-5 locali e avere 1-2 camere da letto nell’immobile per chi ne cerca più di due. Spesso alla conta come “locale” dell’immobile vengono inclusi i bagni che non andrebbero contati. Se si potesse aggiungere quest’opzione sarebbe la svolta!
Problemi da mesi!
Si riescono a vedere un paio di annunci finché appare una banda Rosso chiaro in fondo alla pagina con scritto “errore riprova” ma poi non ti carica più gli annunci! O se si fanno nuove ricerche esce “ops nessun risultato per la tua ricerca “ Mesi e mesi così! Ho eliminato e installato di nuovo la app ma nulla. Dovete assolutamente fare qualcosa
Da mesi non funziona più la barra della ricerca
Da mesi non utilizzo più l’app, impossibile fare ricerche per città tramite la barra di ricerca sulla home.
Pratica ed efficace
I criteri di ricerca sono completi e le informazioni sono esaustive, i Preferiti sono sempre aggiornati. Molto soddisfatto.

Ottima organizzazione. Precisi nell’ inserire annunci ed eliminare quelli non più disponibili. Non si perde tempo! Grazie.

Non funziona la ricerca per nome Non arrivano le notifiche se viene aggiunto un immobile nelle ricerche salvate
