• Select the city, area or location or draw your search on the map.
• Filter listings by price, floor space, and other criteria.
• Save your favourite listings, hide listings that didn't fit your criteria, add your personal notes.
• Receive app and email alerts for new listings or price changes by saving your search.
• Synchronize the app with the website to easily find your searches and saved ads.

• Contact details, address and opening hours of the real estate agency.
• Contact details of the developer, address and opening times.
• Contact the real estate agency or the owner directly, via email or by telephone.

⁃⁃ Publish your listing ⁃⁃
• You can publish a listing for sale or rent of any type of property (houses, apartments, penthouses, villas, chalets, garages but also offices and stores, commercial spaces and warehouses) directly on the app. You can also create listings for room shares for students or offsite workers.

Meduno homes for sale

Would like to Dee homes in Meduno only, but can’t change my Recent Searches to show only Meduno, Italy. Can you please change searches. CIAO, David B

No translate

The translate to English function does not work. I’ve reported this via the app twice but despite at least 3/4 updates since, it still doesn’t work. I find myself searching for properties via A Place in the Sun website more often now.

Utterly brilliant user interface

Filters do not work very well

Nice app but a few annoying glitches. Filters need to work properly i.e. detached house also gives apartments in results, and on selecting a property and going back to search filters are lost.

I like very much the ability to select the area I'm interested in using 3 different methods. The flats layout and the words on it could be more legible but I guess it's not up to you.

Very good site for Italian property

Used by our son to buy his house where he lives in Italy. Gives good idea of the areas etc but could do with better house plans etc - lets it down by looking a bit amateurish. Fantastic prices for property in Italy though!!!!
