Left an imprint
Thank you for providing such a fantastic resource, this has been a brilliant spark for deep learning of the important understandings, plenty of easy to comprehend tidbits of information that I’m able to take in even on One of the main aspects that kept coming back to this app was the upholding of the streak, however, if I break the streak, it would cause me to be repulsed by the app for about a week, is there anyway for you to implement streak freezes? The Library is as extensive as it is fascinating, however, I’m nearing end of it, any chance you could provide a ‘read again’ list as I’ve likely forgotten a decent amount of info (which would be more my fault than yours) Thanks again for a brilliant app!
DONT SUBSCRIBE
If you subscribe online you have no way of canceling unless you “request” by email.
They have no portal to cancel directly. Signs of a dodgy and desperate company.
Surprisingly Good Content
I hope Imprint keeps and increases the quality of their good work and don’t sacrifice it for the quantity. Great product, team!
Love!!!
Been using this app for couple days now and I’ve learnt so much and it’s so so simple and easy to use and learn, it really breaks it down w pictures also. Lapping up the free trial while it lasts.
Unable to aces any further content despite paid subscription
Hi,
I paid for a subscription on March 9th and I’m still unable to access further content - the app consistently prompts me to subscribe!!! But I’ve already subscribed. I’ve also written to support but have not heard back yet.
Absolutely fuming
So I followed the process, answered all the questions, got the page saying ‘7 day free trial’ definitely wanted to at least try it out, than wham, charged me for a full year and I didn’t get a 7 day free trial. On top of that, it’s not a great app. Could not be more dissatisfied!
6 emails in 10 hours?!?
Obnoxious marketing
Refund please
I would like a refund. I signed up to do the course on “Essential Philosophy” but half way through, and the rest of the course is not “currently available”. It has been like that for weeks now. I am not able to use this app in the way it was advertised to me.
great content poor app
the lessons are great but the app itself is terrible: in many cases the text don’t fit the screen and is cut out. most of the time it’s still readable but sometimes it loses the first and last line making it impossible to understand the sentence/question
Same old
Frustrating to come across this greed based system again and again. Why don’t these companies stand behind their product. Give away a one week subscription, no strings attached, then let the user decide. If it’s as good as you say it is, then people will pay.
