I love the app, is easy to use and a really dynamic way to learn new things. But I was charged twice in two different emails…one with Apple Pay and the other with the app, I’ve email them almost a week ago and had no answer. I still want to keep using the app and I’m glad to pay the premium version, but not twice!!!! I want my money back!!!!!

App seems to have a nice UX/UI design but I wanted to comment to advise that I downloaded the app today and started the free 7-day trial. According to the trial terms, I should have been billed only after 7 days. However, I was charged just 8 hours after starting the trial. I also reviewed the app's website, which confirms that charges should not occur until the 7-day trial period has ended. I have submitted my refund request to Apple, could you please assist in processing a refund for this charge as I have not had time to actually trial the app’s features. Thank you

BOOOOOOO how the hell are you going to tell everyone it’s a better way of learning then scrolling when you have to pay for any learning material?. Learning should be free especially not behind a paywall.
The app is not too bad, although I found the information was too simple for my interests, so I cancelled the same day I subscribed (well within the cancellation period!!). I definitely checked that was the case I my subscriptions. Just got charged a month today, although it says that I cancelled my subscription. Disappointed to say the least.
