If the jobs didn’t disappear, pictures would upload, or didn’t randomly log me out it would be decent. The 1/10 time it DOES work it’s a wonderful app. College kids can write code better than this.

Often fails to upload for photos for an hour. Often fails to checkout. Updates will completely change app behavior without notice.

This new update is terrible I hate having the photos saved to my phone and the app is constantly crashing.

To make this app complete. I would like to see the ability to upload pictures from my photo roll / library. Also the majority of locations across all brands out there do not have a store stamp. consider allowing electronic signature with typed name.

This app malfunctions a lot, haven’t been able to sign in for 24 hours says ssl issues. Also when login in the app kicks you out multiple times. Half the time the log in won’t even let you log in. Worse app ever this issues need fixed!

It would be nice if Spanish was an option.

I Phone 11 pro max. I wish I could give a rating lower than one star. This app doesn’t deserve the one crappy star that I am forced to give it. In Position hasn’t worked correctly since day one, for me and all of my co-workers. These issues occur on Iphones, Androids, and across the board as far as the different mobile carriers we all use. The cursor moves in the notes but remains blank until I hit send, and then the text shows up after the fact. Real cool, blindly typing and hoping it comes out correctly. Checking in and out of jobs has been a problem also. I’ve sat there and screen shot my check in’s to prove to my boss that I checked in, yet the app said I didn’t. This has created a situation where the corporate giant that we do the work for, tries to not pay up claiming that we weren’t there, although the pictures we submit prove otherwise (thank goodness for that). At check out, the app says “Cannot check-out because there is no corresponding check-in event”. The only way the app gives you an option to check-out, is if you check-in, so how is it that I cannot check out when the check-out button is right there for me to click on!! It does this EVERY SINGLE TIME. I cannot express enough how frustrating this app is. If you can avoid using it, please do as you will save yourself from pulling your own hair out trying to use it.

It would be nice to make it so you can upload pictures instead to just talking them on the spot cause some of the businesses I do work for require picture on their own invoices you guys require them and my company requires them using 3 apps is bad enough without yall being the only one I have to remember to take the pictures from your app. The others let me upload from my pictures in my phone

This app whether on IOS or Android does not update. It did once or twice but now just won’t update. Jobs are still on that we have finished, and new jobs are not posting.
