App on day 7 free
# Update 2023-12-7 about 2-3pm:
Eng: As I assumed, day 7 app is free now.
Deu/Ger: Wie gedacht, gibt es wie ich erfahrungsgemäß erfahren hatte ab und zu Probleme, den Preis für die am Adventstag angebotene App zu ändern. Und besonders problematisch ist, falls im AppStore der Preis für die App nur weltweit eingestellt werden kann. Der Tag ist auf der ganzen Welt zwar 24h lang, aber nicht zur gleichen Zeit. Theoretisch müsste der Preis für die App dann 48h lang geändert werden, damit die Änderung sich an jedem Ort mind. 24h lang auswirkt. Und das ist blöd, wenn z.B. an einem Ort die App den ganzen Tag davor oder danach noch kostenlos ist. Deshalb rate ich, falls eine App wie vorgesehen doch nicht vergünstigt ist und es noch früh am Tag ist, dann abwarten, da es spätestens bis zum Ende des Tages dann wie vorgesehen vergünstigt ist.
Also diese App ist kein Scam und hat keine betrügerischen Absichten. Dass die Apps außerhalb der Aktionsrage, wenn keine Adventszeit, nicht kostenlos sind, sollte klar sein.
Und bedenkt was Indie-Developer heißt! Falls man die App unbedingt braucht oder gut findet und App ist gerade nicht wie vorgesehen vergünstigt, dann ist es eine Überlegung wert, ob man doch nicht wartet und man lieber den Indie-Developer finanziell unterstützt.

Eng: I think, the problem is that apps until xmas are on almost or totally all the world theoretically free on a specific day. But 24h on a place can be on another place be 24h until the real day begins. But in app store surely one would have to make an app 48h free although theoretically it should not be more than 24h free. So I think in germany day 7 app is not free at 24am but surely later. So I will wait until he app is free. I know this does not work always immediately. As in earlier years the apps here were totally free without an subscription, this will be for this app, too. For last years I give 5 stars!

Ich finde es wirklich großartig, dass es zu Weihnachten diesen Adventskalender gibt. Heutzutage sind Apps schon sehr teuer geworden. Dank dem Kalender gibt es jeden Tag eine Überraschung! Es ist nicht selbstverständlich, dass die Entwickler ihre Apps für 0,-€ einfach so verschenken. Großes Lob an den Entwickler von Indie App Santa für die Entwicklung & Organisation dieser tollen Aktion :)
