Yes, ING Banking is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is ING Banking legit?
‼️️ The ING Banking app seems suspicious. Many reviews appear fake or manipulated. Exercise caution.
After I try to verify my identity using the stupid card reader, I get a series of messages abut technical error, try again later, if I try again I recieve a message that my card has been blocked? Wonderful really, like what bank in Europe in the 21st century uses idiotic card readers...

De blijvende lijdensweg van de ING klant
Het is frappant te moeten vaststellen dat een grootbank als ING, naast een quasi onbereikbaarheid van hun fysieke kantoren, er ook maar niet in lijkt te slagen een correct werkende bankapp aan te bieden. Meer wel dan niet zijn er technische storingen en kunnen er geen betalingen ingegeven worden.

Peu utile, difficile d’accès, souvent “Oups” une erreur ou ne s’ouvre pas ou "une erreur s’est produite” réessayer plus tard… pas moyen de faire un transfert ou virement , recommencer plusieurs fois, même plusieurs jours avant d’enfin avoir un contact et puis avant la fin de l’opération soudain fermeture de l’appli et obliger de tout recommencer pour rien encore… le chat ne sert pas à grand chose si ce n’est des "poufs et des Oups" qui eux fonctionnent à merveille quant au personnel, chouette mais ne peut pas grand chose même pas nous transférer vers un service compétant !!!🥴🥴🥴😡
Service à revoir car d’ici en Chine c’est mon seul contact avec ma banque et je ne peut contacter ma banque que via mon lecteur de carte et pas via mon téléphone puisque je suis de Belgique, hors d’ Europe

App no longer works on WiFi
Since today the ING app fails to start up when using WiFi. If I switch off WiFi on my iPhone, the app starts up correctly over 4G. My KBC and Argenta apps don’t have this problem…. What is wrong with the ING app?
