Ink Cards: Send Custom Cards

This app has a large variety of cards and easy to put together designs. I have made and ordered a card. I ordered this card on the 15th of June. It said allow 5-11 days for the card to arrive. After two weeks of waiting the card had still not arrived. It is now the 18th of July and still no card. I would appreciate it if anyone else had this happen to them, and if the card ended up coming?

Very disappointing. A card we got to cheer up my baby’s very elderly great-grandparents never arrived. They haven’t been able to leave their house for months now due to covid 19. I will order from more reputable UK companies next instead.

Placed Two orders on the 7th of April . Still have not received. Very, very disappointing service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY!!

I had a free promo but none of the cards ended up being free so I just paid the $1 - maybe some are but they aren’t clearly labelled so it’s a bit sneaky. Yes it’s only $1 but still...

Great app for getting quick messages to loved ones

I have used ink cards on lots of occasions, especially as I live overseas from family and friends. I have always been impressed with the service and quality. Unfortunately, this Christmas was not so pleasing. I ordered 5 photo cards to send to immeadiate family members. Only 1 card was sent correctly. 2 family members got sympathy cards with photos of other people on them, 1 had photos of a strangers child and another for a different mum. It was such a shame and didn’t get the intended message to my family. I emailed and am waiting for the first 2 cards to be resent. I then heard from my grandparents that their cards were wrong, this time I asked for a refund and received it for one card. I don’t want to stop using this service but am worried the same may happen again. I also feel sad that my family received cards meant for other families and vice versa.

InkCards has made it really easy to put together custom and unique cards and mail, with no work on my end! I love using these!

The card I had sent still hasn’t arrived a month after I had paid/sent it, and noone is responding to my messages through the ‘contact’ feature on the app. Very poor.

Great app for personalised cards. Lots of choice and they look to be good quality.
