App utterly unusable

Maddcatone on

United States

I just got a new V12 pro and i cannot even get past the captcha to create an account. Keeps returning either “operation failed” if trying via email, or if trying via sms it return “send sms failed”. 28+8 is definitely 36 and 25+2=27 but for some reason its keeps failing. Very frustrated

Can create account

JDH2003 on

Everytime I try to create an account it says it sends a verification code to my phone but never receive it and the email option just gives an error.

App not working

I keep getting "operation failed" when trying to create account and log in

Can’t sign up on app

ReidTwin1 on

United States

Purchased this for a Christmas gift. Easy setup out of the box, but scooter motor won’t kick on. It just beeps and goes 4 mph on flat Terrain. I figured I may need the app to change modes, but the app won’t let me sign up. Keeps saying operation failed. When I try to sign up via my mobile number it asks me for a 6 digit code that I never received. Completely useless. Merry Christmas!

Deserves negative number of stars

Spent an hour trying to signup/ login to the app. It’s pure GARBAGE ❗️❗️😱

DOA

Mdr1970rzr on

I purchased two Immotion products and have had them for over a week and can not get the app to send verification code. I have contacted customer service who is looking into it. Meanwhile I have two very expensive paper weights! What a joke!

This should not have ads

neurotictoaster on

United States

I already paid for my scooter. I shouldn’t have to wait through 15 seconds of ads every time I want to see the status. If you want more money, charge more for the scooter and leave ads where they belong.

2 ads every time you open app

Purple pineapple6 on

United States

Every time you open the app to access a function you have to wait for the timer to end and then close 2 ads. Additionally, when you lock the scooter and come back to it you have to close the app and open again to reconnect. So 2 ads to lock your scooter and 2 ads to unlock it. It’s crazy to pay 3000 dollars for a scooter just to have them force you to watch ads.

Confused

Alec smith on

Why is so much of this app in Chinese? Shouldn’t have to use translation for this app.

Why Ads?

PW1630 on

United States

I mean why put ads in this app? If we are already using this app we are already customers. I’m using this app to either check battery level, read my mileage or check if there are diagnostic messages. Instead of letting me see what I need to see, I have to look at ads first. Why? It’s a waste of time and dumb.
