I’ve just bought a new InMotion S1 scooter and while the scooter is great, to me the app is not so great. The one big thing missing that seems to appear in YouTube videos featuring the old app, is the how many kilometres/miles you have left roughly on your current charge. I understand this is only an estimate and depends on a lots of factors, however this is one feature I think that needs to be brought back to the new app. It may be there somewhere, but I can’t find it. The new app just seems a bit clunky. Maybe it will get better over time. Also, an explanation of functions like “downhill assist” and “Cruise Control” might be nice in the app as there is nothing about these functions in the instruction manual for the scooter. Maybe a function where we can tap on the item and then get an explanation as to what it actually does? Just a suggestion. Maybe that will come in future releases. Also maybe a function in the app where we can request functions be added or bug reports etc.

I’m sure the app would be great if I could get my account verified, I’ve tried for days and days to get the verification email so my account isn’t restricted but still to no luck. Being ghosted by the built in online support for some reason and the support email address also does not seem to be responsive. You think considering the price we pay for the devices that the app you need to make the device work would be intuitive and in working order. I already heard about this issue before I bought but assumed it was a small % but I seem to be wrong. Very disappointing and may have to return device if this issue cannot be resolved promptly.

I have the RS scooter , it’s amazing. Issue with the app. The locking and unlocking of the scooter is annoying as you have to disconnect from the scooter and re connect and then try locking/unlocking it every time. It would be great if the app could tell you when someone has tried moving the scooter whilst locked and set the alarm off. This app would be awesome if the locking/unlocking function is fixed and even better if it could tell you when someone has tampered with it.

So painful the fact that their product is so good but their app is almost rendered useless. Takes so many attempts to lock the scooter. Find myself restarting the app frequently

Decent app compared to previous version. Apple Watch support for controlling lights/horn would be amazing.

Locking and unlocking a scooter is a key feature of your app. You need to go through multiple attempts each time. Fix it! Also, I already bought your scooter. Why do I have to see 5 sec promotion before I can start using my scooter? Scooter itself is great. It's a shame the app is holding it back.

So I can’t use it… keeps showing the message “authorisation failed”. What can I do?

Why make the interface black, the previous version was really good - the stats in the page of this version are way too small hard to see in bright sunlight. C’mon lift your game the scooter is awesome - your app can really be a whole lot better. Please fix it. Love you 😍

I changed in the setting to show km/h instead off mph but it still show mph what so ever i close app, delete app and re-download it. Please fix it. Thanks

Gets the job done but no explanations on functions is horrible.
