To explain, I am 87 yrs. I sincerely wanted to take part and purchased your Innercise. I have to admit it was beyond my capability. I could not understand. I have sent emails, not finding the correct address. Is it possible you could send my message to the correct people? I apologise for bothering you, however I have become quite desperate. Thank You. Thank you John for creating this app. I love it. I’m on day 3 and finding it very inspirational.
This app is free to download but that is where it ends. You can’t even look at anything on the app without first handing over your credit card information. It asks for your email address and then takes you straight to the payment page. You don’t even get a chance to look around the app to see what it offers. Nada. Nothing. Zip. Give them your credit card info or you get nothing. They do promise that you won’t be charged for 7 days (how underwhelming is that?) but then they’ll take money off your card every month. It doesn’t even tell you how to cancel within that generous 7 days. Nope. This app has a vibe of greed. Most apps let you use it minimally for free so that you can see if it’s something you want to commit to or if it’s going to be useful for you. But not here. It‘ credit card info or goodbye. I chose goodbye.
Highly recommend this innercise app. High quality, user friendly and amazing as usual. Thank you John Assaraf.
