U must be kidding me. Ur design makes my eyes bleed. Ur website is disgusting but ur App is even uglier. A good designer would cost you less than 1.000€ for this app. Can’t you really afford it? I call it disrespect to Apple, to the clients and to America.

The app does not get better ! It is getting worse. Takes around a minute to connect to a fibre set up. It’s about as bad as it gets. Clearly developed by someone who’d never use it, and was given a bad specification. If there was competition, I’d happily go there.

As a well known brand Paradox should know better to provide a reliable App to access their products. Countless occasions being kicked out of our house because we couldn’t access the app to disarm. Also, it’s so slow to connect with your site!!! I once fell asleep! Paradox should move to another cloud service or I have to consider a self-built alarm panel (PI) on your own system connecting the Paradox sensors. The Insite Gold app is an offense to all who would like to secure his home and would like to have a reliable accessible modern app!!

Verbindungsaufbau ist regelmässig nicht möglich! Ob es am Server liegt? Sehr ärgerlich! Zugriff per Smartphone nur bei 3 von 10 Versuchen möglich!

Since we upgraded our Iphones and Ipad to ios15 we can not access our alarm system via this app anymore. the devices can’t connect to the network. no support from either our local dealer (who installed a very expensive system where the number one criteria was remote access!!) nor from PARADOX inside gold. For over three weeks we are diconnected. can not recommend

Ich verwende diese App fast täglich zur Kontrolle der Alarmanlage unseres Urlaubsdomizils in Spanien. Funktioniert tadellos & absolut zuverlässig. Deshalb 5 ehrliche Sterne 👍
