Hello. After the new iphone upgrades For a long time now I can't log in and use the app.

Most of the times their server takes at least 10 seconds to allow me in the system. I always have to close the app and then reopen it. Today I had to close and reopen the app 4 times so as to be able to disarm my alarm.

It is not working ok sometimes. Most of the time lately it does not connect to the server. A disappointing app!

Η εφαρμογή τις περισσότερες φορές δεν λειτουργεί η δεν συνδέεται καν με το κέντρο του συναγερμού είτε είσαι με δίκτυο Wi-Fi είτε με 5g ,άρα τις μισές μέρες δν μπορείς καν να χρησιμοποιήσεις κάτι για το οποίο πληρώνεις συνδρομή …

This app is a joke and the worst part of this joke is that you have to pay without getting functionality, many technical issues, sometimes it works while sometimes it doesn’t work. The latter makes feel insecure because it is uncertain whether it actually connected or not which by definition makes this alarm useless. Paradox this app is a shame for your brand and I am thinking seriously to void the up module and use the dial app

You have to restart app in order to connect when it works
