First, it takes too long to open, I want to see quickly what is going on at home with the alarm. Second, is not free- the former I Paradox was free and was good enough.

לא תמיד זה פועל בצורה ראויה לפעמים אתה לוחץ מספר פעמים והמקש לא מגיב. דבר שמרגיז במיוחד כאשר אתה מחוץ לבית והאזעקה פועלת ומרכישה. לפעמים לא ניתן לבצע בכלל פעולות באפליקציה.

אין התאמה אוטומטית של השעון באפלקציה ואין אפשרות אחרת לעדכון השעון.

I randomly receive false arm notifications although the system is actually disarm. I contact the support and was told I have to upgrade the system firmware. I found out this upgrade can only be done by certified installer. I called few installers and all told me they have no idea how to perform a system upgrade, they never heard of that. Why can't the support team upgrade the system remotely or send me instructions how to perform this upgrade? Moreover, finding an installer to upgrade the firmware will certainly not be cheap.
