Doesn’t work.
iPad 9th generation won’t connect to the camera. The app locks up when the connect button is displayed and freezes. Even if the camera is already connected via Wi-Fi.
Latest update giving me bugs
Ever since the new update, whenever I’m editing a video it is not saving every thing that I edit. If I delete an edit it doesn’t delete even though the marker is not there. If I close the edit and re-open the video the market reappears. This is pissing me off.
Very Choppy Play
When I purchased the Insta360, the app connected great and playback was smooth. However, recent updates are terrible. The playback is so bad, it doesn’t always connect and it’s so frustrating! I am even using new iPhone 12 Max and the new iPad Air. Unreal.
Mediocre app for a mediocre camera.
This developer spends more effort delivering you ads and "buy more of our stuff" messaging than making this clumsy and unreliable app better. I've had a One X since it launched several years ago and this app has hardly improved since.
Doesn’t connect with wifi
The other app for all insta cameras connects without any issue but the UX is horrendous there. This one won’t connect.
Difficult to connect to camera
I get that there’s a new app but does that really mean the old one has to stop working completely?
Used to be decent but they’ve reduced the functionality
App used to be good but they’ve decided to abandon the One X and are systematically reducing the functionality of the app.
Don’t upgrade your app is you have a One X!
Previously available Features will be crippled. Ban Insta 360 purchases until the fix this. They are just being greedy and trying to get people to buy their new camera. Shame on you!!!!
