l used to order from this app in Bahrain it’s not expensive like others and have more products, so please provide ur services again in Bahrain :(

The app has not been working for months, trying to reach them but no response
What’s wrong?
We are so lost without insta-shop. I can’t seem to find another app that delivers my order fast. I don’t know what’s happening but when I open the app it shows me that there is no shops near me. Please fix this so I can shop again 🙏🏻
The app suddenly stopped working
It was working very well for several years now then suddenly it says no shops to deliver to your location… although this is the same address that was delivering for me for 4 years now! Even if I changed the address it gives me the same result!!
ما مشكلة التطبيق
كان من افضل تطبيقات التوصيل استخدمة اكثر من خمس سنوات و لكن واجهتني مشكله انه لايمكن التوصل الى اي من المحلات القريبه من موقعي و فشل في ربط الموقع لا اعلم ماهي المشكله الرجاء حلها
كان التطبيق متميزا وأصبح ينحدر في خدماته
من بعد ما كان التطبيق الاول والأساسي في جهازي اصبح الان من التطبيقات المهملة بسبب تدني الخدمة و عدم التجاوب مع الشكوى بحلول فعلية ماعدا اتصالات ووعود بلا نتيجة على ارض الواقع ، عرفت هذا التطبيق بميزته في دولة الامارات وكان في بدايته ومن ثم في البحرين وكان لا يوجد إلا تاجر واحد في حينها وهو جواد وبقينا ندعم التطبيق إلى ان وصل إلى مرحلة عالية من النجاح والمؤسف الحال الذي وصل له الان ، سأحذف التطبيق و حينما تغيرون الادارة للتطبيق في فرع البحرين يرجى بلاغنا بذلك !

They do not care about the customer
All they care about it if your order reaches you whether its 2 hours late or not. They leave you in the dark and give you minimum compensation. They will add any amount they see fit as extra charge. Horrible management and customer service.
Unserious staff and unserious app
I place my order from 9am she call me the staff telling me that’s late I call them back telling me I ll call the driver and she never come back To me they deducted the money I didn’t receive the order thieves dont purshase through their app reporting the issue through the app calling neglecting me and the customer advices finish their shift at 11am nd no one come back to me
