The catalog isn't showing up because you haven't updated the app. It's really frustrating.

Ну это полный провал. Адрес доставки через карты не определяет от слова совсем. Адрес вводить вручную очень не удобно. Но ладно, вводишь адрес текстом, а приложение не показывает тебе введенный адрес, оно вычищает поле с адресом и показывает тебе карты с точкой в совершенно другом месте. Это провал Ну ладно я подумала что сначала зарегистрирую номер а потом с адресом разберёмся. Это треш. Полный провал. Я такого даже не видела нигде. Выбираем Казахстан высвечивается +77. Не 77. Не +7, а именно +77, решили наверное собрать все самое лучшее в префиксе. Но это не самый треш. Самый треш это вводишь номер, твой родненький, а приложение его заменяет на какую то еболбу! Реально, это просто дичь! Короче удаляю и пользоваться не буду. Закажу доставку из metro через другой сервис

Support is terrible. M&S didn’t have all the groceries available and sent me half my order. When I reached out to InstaShop asking for a refund on missing products - they just sent me a check. Support is terrible so is M&S

This app is absolutely horrid.

Noh clue on customer service ? Awful service and team ..I do not recommend you to use it.. 5aed fees for each order …prices not right .. better to order from lulu or carrefour express available..

By chance I have discovered that prices in the app are higher than in the same shops. This is not acceptable

I encountered an issue where my order went through until the payment stage (tabby payment), but then it’s not showing that I’ve placed an order. While there is an option to report without an order number, no one has reached out to me with that option. To get a response, I had to refer to my previous order from another store, and it’s been more than 24 hours without any updates. Everyone i talked to told me that they’ll call me back but no one called me back for updates, it’s me who keep calling them to get an answer. I had placed my trust in your assurance, and the lack of communication and technical support has made this situation frustrating and unsatisfactory. This needs to be addressed.

No option to contact!!! Took my money and said that item is out of stock. Now can’t even contact them. Useless app!!!

Order late. I want to understand these people’s concept of time. If it says “10 minutes” - it means 10 minutes. Not 15, not 20… TEN MINUTES!!!!! I truly regret ordering and wish I read the reviews sooner. Stay away from this app.
