Disaster when it comes to delivery time and communication. The estimated time is way off and it doesn’t get updated. I had to wait for more than 2 hours for deliveries without any communication and ability to reach out to driver or shop. This happened twice in a span of 4 days.
تلات ساعات عشان يوصل الاودر ومافيش تعاون والحاجات وصلت سايحة ومتبهدلة والميا زجاجة مخرومة وفوقها بيزودو فلوس اول ما يوصل !! ايه ده!!!
Its been almost a year using this app and all my deliveries are late, some even an hour late. I have never gotten a delivery on time
أسوء تطبيق قد مرة علي قسم بالله الطلب اتاخر 7 ساعات والله العظيم معرف وش السبب بس أنا نبهت عليهم انو عندي شغل ف احتاج الشاحن الي طلبته أنا بكتب التعليق من قلب الحدث حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل فيكم الله لا يوفقكم ياخي أنا لو طلبته من نون او طلبات كان جاني اسرع من كذا قسم بالله تطبيق سيء جداً ومستحيل اطلب شي ويجيبوه نفسه لازم يجيبو شي غلط والله حصل لي اكثر من موقف معاهم والله ما أتعامل مع اشكالهم ثاني.😠
خدمه العملا من اسوء ما يمكن ان الشكوي كذا مره علي المطعم ولم يتم التواصل معي وبعض المطاعم حراميه لم يتم توصيل الطلب اكتر من ٤ ساعات ولحد الان لم يتم حتي التواصل معي !! لم انصح باستخدامه اسوء تطبيق ع الإطلاق
The worst app ever - do not trust. I ordered from here and the order did not come - tried to get in touch with the customer care, it has been over 24 hours and no one has even acknowledged or responded
I ordered from the supermarket and they got my order wrong 2 times , customer service didnt do anything . I wouldnt use it again
Very bad experience to wait for my order for 4 hours just to find that someone completed the order and gave themself a rating without delivering it The hotline didn’t solve anything just a lot of apologies with no solutions Don’t count on this app if you want a fast service

تطبيق سيء تاخر جداً من السواقين ولا يتم توصيل الطلب الا بعد مرور ساعات ولايمكنك التواصل مع السايق وكذلك لايمكنك التواصل مع الدعم الفني لتطبيق فقط ترسل ملاحظتك ويتم الرد عليك في وقت متاخر وربما اليوم التالي انصح بتطبيقات اخرى
