Lots of noise and interruptions within the call
At times very annoying with the interruptions in the call. Sometimes there are other d Sounds in the call as if there are listeners. At times disconnections and call silence where I have to hang up and call again. The credit $30 credit I add does not last long either.

Very disappointing structure! When you charge your account thru Apple Pay they charge you %40! When complained they said buy credit direct from web site! When received a referral from a Freind it was showing $6 credit initially. When I tried to call it showed 0 balance! Their support is really quick responsive but this is after the fact, Their quality of voice was good for me. Double the cost it shows because of hidden costs!

Dear Apple users , please don’t download this app nor use any of their services which is called callethiopia.com. It is a scam. All of their phone numbers in each country all go to Romania . Their company is registered now Atlanta but they are in Romania .. Please beware of this SCAM. This should have NIL stars but I’m forced to put 1star.

Calls keep dropping, poor sound, slurred speech and painful experience hearing and communicating which defeats the purpose of this app.

Overall it’s a great app but recently the calls keep cutting out. The seconds are counting down but there’s no connection. Good app. Disappointed by price increases
Was using this app to call my country during a network shutdown impacting all other forms of communication. Received an email today that they have increased prices only for calls to my country. Well that’s a **** move. The prices have increased from 9 cents to 21 cents over night. Only because they know how many people like me are desperate to use their app now. This is while other apps have made communication to my country FREE during this period to support our people. Well I will move on I guess.
