Takes a bit of time to set up, but it has saved me so much time. It’s way easier to set this up than it is to try using a stopwatch/set of timers to track everything. I even share some routines with my students.

Just what I needed to do interval training. I can set up my own work/rest periods. It’s gives an alarm before its period starts

Does exactly what it says very simply with minimal ads. I use it for lots of different types of workouts

Super simple timer. The best one in the App Store. I’ve used a lot of different timers for workouts, but this one is the easiest and best one to use!!
