Great!
I find this app very good. I love the sounds of it and also my iPhone doesn’t lock while the timer is working, so I can see my mins etc.
Simple
Takes a bit of time to set up, but it has saved me so much time. It’s way easier to set this up than it is to try using a stopwatch/set of timers to track everything. I even share some routines with my students.
Highly recommend
Just what I needed to do interval training. I can set up my own work/rest periods. It’s gives an alarm before its period starts
