This is a really good app at a reasonable price. I suggest you try it before you spend your money on expensive apps with the same functionality.

Älskar att kunna spara pass där olika intervaller ingår i samma pass. När passet är slut stänger INTE appen av träningspasset på min Apple Watch som tyvärr en annan app gjorde vilket gör att jag nu kan stretcha efteråt så länge jag vill och behöver.

Nothing more, nothing less, easy to create any program you need.

after using this app for a long time I bought the non-ad version, not because the ads are intrusive (which I like about the app, it doesnt force you to buy) but rather since the developers deserves it. Its clean, fast, neat but still has advanced option to program serios workouts.

Only bad thing is that my headphones disconnects when trying to start the app. They’re Marshall’s so shouldn’t Be a problem

Takes a bit of time to set up, but it has saved me so much time. It’s way easier to set this up than it is to try using a stopwatch/set of timers to track everything. I even share some routines with my students.

Just what I needed to do interval training. I can set up my own work/rest periods. It’s gives an alarm before its period starts

Does exactly what it says very simply with minimal ads. I use it for lots of different types of workouts
