La app ha problemi di connessione. Se non risolvete purtroppo è inutilizzabile. È un problema grave non poter controllare da remoto la spa, visto anche il costo.
Semplicemente, la connessione da remoto è un terno al lotto. Funziona in media una volta su tre. A ciò si aggiunga il fatto che l’interfaccia deve essere collegata al router con un cavo Ethernet: i signori della Gecko devono essere rimasti al secolo scorso. Ho scritto una email all’assistenza ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Consiglio vivamente di cercare un’alternativa.
L’app e molto basica fatta piuttosto male , ma la cosa peggiore che 8 volte su 10 non si connette in remoto solo con il Wi-Fi al quale è connessa quindi praticamente inutile assistenza che non esiste soldi buttati , vorrei capire come fare per risolvere ma nessuno risponde
If I could give a zero I would! Once you create account app goes straight to add spa and just a connection loop from there absolute junk. I have deleted the app recreated an account . Never been so frustrated and I dont typically have an issue with this type of stuff. Absolutely hate it.
The app and the entire system and app is overpriced garbage. I spent an outrageous amount for a swim spa and it’s 2024 and they can’t get their app to work.
I really like this app, as it helps me keep tabs on the hot tub in our rental property. However, it probably connects about 66% of the time for me. If the connectivity could be fixed, it would be 5 stars for me. The UI could be improved with better explanations of what the buttons do, but I’d be happy if it connected every time.
I have this connected to my 15D. Receiver is 100’ from spa through walls and windows and connects pretty easily. It is nice to turn a cycle on from upstairs when shocking pool etc. This thing could have better features in my opinion, e.g. - I cant imagine adding a visual timer showing how long the pumps have been running or what is remaining would be terribly hard to add? The filter cycle is not very intuitive but thats probably more MasterPools fault.
Not sure which part of the setup is bad, but this assembly of the device, software, and/or app just doesn't work. And the ironic thing is that their error message suggests that it could be no power or Wi-Fi connection at my house??? There is wrong with my internet or electrical power, so please to fix your product
Sure wish I had looked at these reviews before being upsold at the dynasty spa location. App always says error trying again later. Won’t even let you sign in. They need someone that is only dedicated to app design and bug fixes. Cause this one is useless.
