I love this Website so much!
Investigate by auctioneer. Several participants are careful about documenting damage. They also seem to work harder on provenance. Working with the high end here is good. Do not over pay for prints taken from books. The app will not taken responsibility, so you need to research the lots that interest you.
Invaluable will not help you for refund!!! Be careful!!
What gives? I read and saved the policies. Can’t sign in. Can’t change password. Can’t get a change password link, none sent. Told if I receive no link, to make a new account. Tried that unsuccessfully. Can’t. Tried with a new email. Can’t get a password link to come. It’s not in the spam folder, either. I don’t owe money or a past bill, so that’s not the problem. I get the firm filled out and the create account bar won’t respond. Nice! NOT! I can’t get into an old account despite no strikes against me. I can’t create a new account even though instructed to do so. I can’t get to customer service without wading through the mud of 3,000 questions, none of which are the problem. I have two historic paintings with which I needed direction, but, ce la vie. Not going to get help here, and I don’t trust this avenue now. I will contact a reputable museum for assistance instead, and work in person. There are advantages to the digital age, yes, but definitely many greater disadvantages. There really is nothing that replaces working face to face one with another. I use online auctions regularly (not this one), don’t get me wrong. But they have never been able to match the one-on-one relationship between buyer and seller. I am knocking on a dead door with this app. It’s not my phone, that’s new. Obviously, I am extremely upset to take as much time writing this review of my experience as I spent trying to sign in to my account. If they strike you for having never purchased, their loss. I couldn’t before due to serious, chronic illness. I can now, but just buying elsewhere. Is that what they want? It feels like assumptions were made…? I don’t know, I just know this app is broken to me. If the app is just not compatible to the latest iphone, why not post a notice?—any answer would have been kinder than being left wondering. In fact, ANY button responding would have been better than a click constantly not working. I did go to my email immediately for the change password link and I saw the email, and in an instant, it deleted itself. It was not in my my spam folder, either. So I attempted a new account. Again, dead “create account” button. I did everything right. If something is wrong I need to know about, the app should post an explanation, notice or
Only issue is that sometimes the bid is delayed getting to the auction house so you may want to put in an absentee bid ahead of time to hold your place.
The ability to mine past auction results and listings is a major omission from this app. The filter of “past auctions” on searches that is available on the website needs to be added
I was one of your best buyers. Then you banned me because of a faulty dispute. Sad !! I love your auctions. Dontt try ban me because some of your auctioneers are the worst. Get rid of them please !!!
Email to app links are not working!!! The links from email to the app are not working. It opens the app but does not go to the item/auction page.
This app is total garbage. I’ve used it in the past with success but now, I receive an error when trying to register to bid over €7500 in a European auction and I receive an error when trying to follow a keyword. Fix the app you idiots.
