Invygo did not return the money after cancelled the service
First of all, Invygo did no delivery the car and as well did not replied me in the weekend when I was waiting for some explanation or what to do. Then, after some days I asked the to cancel my request and the finally attend me (off course, they did not delivery the car). And now, after 14 days of the cancellation, the money is not back on my credit card. I am again 20 minutes in their chat for support and no one is comming for me. Even though the chat app says that the waiting is 2 minutes… I am very disappointed with this company and this app. I will give them a couple of days more and then I am going to the police… Shame on you!
