التطبيق سيء والمؤجر اسوء

الخدمات المذكوره والموعودة كصيانه وخدمات الاعطال وتوفير سيارة كلها اوهام. لازم تحارب من اجلها. سيارتي متعطله من السبت الماضي ولم يتم حل الموضوع.

ملاحظة

اتمنى تخفضوا الاسعار شوي واضيفوا شركات ثانية غير الصيني وتحطوا سيارات الفل والنص ،، يعني مجمعين كل السيارات اللي فيها عيوب وضعف ورافعين اسعارها اقل سيارة عندكم حرفيا ب100000 الف وفوقها اخر دفعة حرام والله…ارفقوا باحوال الناس شوي

Terrible service - 3 requests to service the car

I’ve tried to get the car serviced 3 times and they didn’t come. I tried to use their chat to fix this and all it is is a BOT chat. So no customer service

Buyer beware!!!!

Rented a car through them monthly, yes they don’t charge a deposit and that sounds great but what I’ve noticed is that they make up the money by charging you random fees. Started my rental in may, and before I renewed it I left the country at the end of may. The car sat at Abu Dhabi airport for 3 weeks. During those 3 weeks, I apparently accumulated 6 speeding tickets. When I asked, exactly when the dates of the speeding tickets they were when I was in another country and my car was parked at the airport. I told the guy I can show proof my car was at the airport and I was away for business. He told me I had to pay regardless, I asked to see traffic information that they received that shows my car indeed was speeding (traffic picture etc) the guy kept saying pay. I noticed a trend with this and also other colleagues were being randomly charged for these traffic violations but none had been shown adequate proof.

Good app but not subscription

Great app but misleading as it’s not car subscription. It’s just long term rental.

How do I get signed up

I downloaded the app but am not getting a verification code… also when I click to change location it says that it’s only available in the Middle East. Is that true?

Prices are way too high! 11k /m for a GMC ! I rather rent an apartment in a luxury building for 3k /m

احتيال وتلاعب

حجزت في ٢٥ فبراير وبعد الحجز قالوا ان تاريخ التسليم ٢٥ مارس على الرغم من أن شهر فبراير ٢٨ يوم فقط! ومكتب التأجير بنفسه (الوكيل) كاتب في العقد التسليم ٢٧ مارس، أيضًا في عقد انفيجو هم بنفسهم ذاكرين بالبنود ان مدة التأجير الشهري ٣٠ يوم خدمة العملاء تقولك والله اذا الشهر ٣١ يوم ما ندفع العميل اليوم الإضافي بالله هذا رد؟ طيب انا متضررة خصمتوا علي يومين ودفعتوني عليها بغير وجه حق! احجزوا من التطبيقات الثانية ايكار وتلقاني يحطون لك من البداية التواريخ واضحة مب زي ذولي يخبونها لين يجي وقت التجديد انا لو دارية بتنقص علي الايام ما حجزت بفبراير الشرهه مب عليهم على هيئة النقل اللي مخليتهم يسرحون ويمرحون
