invygo - monthly car rental

I ordered a car, but it never got delivered, and then later asked to take the delivery from the dealer. There is only a chat option to contact the app customer service, which is frustrating and time-consuming. I would suggest using other apps.

Invigo app is very good however I am highly disappointed with the Invigo team in handling my case. They are very prompt in charging the client however my experience with car delivery is worst. I am still awaiting an update or response from their Dealer who is supposed to deliver the selected car for which I already paid. There backend team does not even bother to reply or contact the customer and provide update on the delivery status. My car delivery was supposed to be done on 3rd January and today is 6th January without any update. This is so unprofessional behavior from Invigo.

Don’t expect any help from company incase of some unexpected scenario like mechanical issues, they keep forwarding your call. It’s been 4 days, my rented car don’t start. No solution was provided by the company. I would have called 12-15 times

Just after download app is saying the app is outdated and need an update

Car swap was so easy. Best part was it was two different vendors and both arrived at the same time and was completed in 10-15min. Keep up the good work Invygo team. Hope you guys keep raising your bar.

The idea, cars, customer service etc. everything is absolutely fine. But the app developers are insane, there are minimum four to five updates each month!! Please change your developers, why don’t you consolidate all issues to one update a month (if at all request) !!
