The app will not stay opened up so I cannot see messages from clients!!
Disappointing TCR registration to send Text
I am a sole proprietor licensed with DBA not required by IRS to have a EIN “company” tax ID and file on Schedule C, I file under Schedule E with my individual SS#, but when I go to register on IPlum, my registration is rejected and I am blocked from sending a text without an EIN. So texting is one of the included features on the basic plan I already paid a one year subscription for, but I am blocked from using now. So if I receive a customer text, I am unable to respond! The lack of understanding all business are required to have an EIN and IPlum’s support response is I have to get an EIN the IRS does not require in order to be allowed to send a text on their “ Business” app is ridiculous and aggravating! Support is via email only!
