Worst customer service with horrible quality voice
Annoyed
TCR new rule is a joke, I was told that I only need to pay once, did everything and connected my LLC to the account, was able to text a bit and than was banned because I didn’t do a campaign and paid a second fee. I don’t need a campaign, IPlum don’t respond to emails and they are hurting my business and of course took money in advance for a yearly subscription.
