Attempted to reach out to customer service, they do not have a direct line and everything has to be done via email. It took several days for them to respond, as I was trying to port the number out. I got the same results and was still unable to port after I paid money to port the number. Asked for manager and was unable to get an email of one. Highly frustrated as initially the service was great until things stopped working.
I can’t reply to group messages of 11 or more and that’s important with the work I do. The numbers that are saved in my phone do not show as names on the texts. I also can’t answer any of my calls. They hardly ever connect so I end up calling everyone back. It’s super annoying!
Very disappointed with this app and company. The app is very hard to navigate compared to their competitors. You will need to pay to use their text feature. There’s also no group text option. There’s no chat or phone support. The email support is like talking to a one-way robot with default responses. They will make you pay to port out a number that was ported to them at no cost.
They don’t have reply feature with text message & can’t use it even if you have iphone
I cannot recommend this platform. There’s some great features on this app and it has so much potential. Unfortunately for a hospital provider that uses text message as primary communication, it’s a major issue that 1 out of 10 text messages do not go through and do not get delivered. There is also issues with outgoing texts marked as spam, even with paying the validation fee of $2.99/month. I eventually became so frustrated I ended up just adding a second line on my iPhone through Verizon. Even though the number is ported to a different service provider, some texts are still getting sent to iPlum instead of my iMessage. And messages I send from iMessage do not get delivered to these numbers, have to send through the iPlum app. I may have to change my number and start fresh which is going to be a major hassle. Save yourself the headache and stay away if you need the ability to communicate via text message!

I paid for a subscription and could not send or receive text messages. The app said “Texting registration required,” but provided no instructions on how to register. Other apps like TextFree do not have this issue: you can simply create an account and begin texting.
I joined and was never able to get my business phone to text. They only were interested in getting me signed in. Charges galore for everything. At the end of the day could not make it work or get them to truly help. I cancelled a one year prepaid and they refuse to pay back based on a policy. Well that is armed robbery. I google reviewed them poorly and then proceeded to threaten me with the following taken from their email to Me What kind of company does this ? Wow. See below. “We humbly request you to reconsider and remove all posts otherwise we will be forced to take similar multiple actions from our side. That will be wasting time & energy at both sides. I picked this company because they had a toll-free numbers, fax, and BAAs for HIPAA. This company will nickel and dime you every chance they get. Don’t pay for any service annually because in the fine print they can keep all your money even if you change your mind 2 days later. My texting service was disabled and I asked for a refund because it didn’t work for almost a month. They refused to offer a refund or any form of compensation. They didn’t care how their business actions had a negative impact on my business. They don’t have readily accessible customer service so getting responses to your emails can take a few days. I seriously hate I’m in this relationship with a company that in no way supports its customers. The app is glitchy and the list goes on. Pick another company! I’m searching for a suitable replacement after this most recent debacle.
