Wouldn’t let me go any where at all

Can someone please explain because I can’t go any where but the boxy charm or whatever it’s called I cannot even get glow recipe and that’s really the only reason I got this someone explain

Don’t use Ipsy

There newest terms of service take your rights away to seek justice if something goes wrong! Terrible policy that screw the consumer! Thanks but I opt out!

there is no way to cancel your membership

even after i canceled it it still charges my card.

couldn’t cancel membership

they made me pay for the next month to cancel my membership and i still haven’t received my order from more than a month ago

Search

There is no back button when looking at items, as well, you cannot search any products up. You can search by brand, but not by product and that’s very annoying.

Products are good but watch shipping times for Ipsy shop orders, shipping times from US to Canada varies greatly in my experience and can take over a month at times.

Complicated

I liked the makeup I got but I attempted a few times now and I can’t seem to end my subscription

SO WORTH IT

At first I thought that it would be sample sizes because that’s what everyone is saying but the sizes aren’t that bad, they’re like mini sizes but for the price of $15 per month and you getting a lot of things is actually not bad and I think that it’s really worth it!

👎🏻No help for delivering my order on wrong address

As I kept asking for my packages as they get delivered to wrong address in different city . I haven’t get any compensation or any other assistance. Have to cancel my membership and experience is very bad. Wasted my money 👎🏻
