IROAD X View

I used to use the iroad x5 and I “upgraded” to the QX2. Biggest mistake. The old app was such a breeze to use. This new app is horrible and can’t even view any footage. When I am able to view, I can’t download any. Waste of time and money.

The app is working fine except it’s in Korean. Is there no way to change it? App support site also in Korean.

Crashes after viewing a few videos. App Storage usage on iPhone continues to increase even when downloaded videos are deleted. Complete rubbish app.

The brand is so rubbish, it is very difficult to connect with mobile phones, and you often can't find Wi-Fi

Will never buy this dashcam again. Iphone users, please don’t buy this product!!!!

To put it simply, if I had known that this app was so rubbish, I would never have bought any products of this brand

After installing the iroad fx 2. I realise i cannot view it on iphone. It took 30 seconds to load. When i switch to rear camera. It took another 30 seconds to load. Most importantly i cannot view record video. I need to remove the sd card to view on computer. Call singapore the distributor . Informed 6 cases of iphone not able to view. Waiting for latest update to solve the problem. So sad!

App is slow and crashes constantly on iPhone 13 Pro Max. Playback via wifi is also very slow. I wish they bring back the previous version which is more stable.
