I travel twice a week for my job and I avoid Ita. Try to get a business account. Almost impossible. The UX of the login procedure is nog good. I cannot lookup my flights in the app that i bought outside the app. Really disappointing. Alitalia went out of business, this one soon too.
Full of bugs, constantly logged out. It’s a webview of the website, that keeps behaving weirdly. Such a bad product/app! Product and Engineering team should be ashamed!!!

Doesn’t work
Non funziona niente. Neanche i miei dati personali inseriti per l’iscrizione compaiono. Ma come fate ad esser cosi’ improvvisati?
A part from the fact that my flight was cancelled 1 week after ITA was created, the info is still not updated in the app and I just cannot open « flight status », button doesn’t work.
