At least it appears that they are reading reviews and trying to address some of the issues raised. However this app has a long way to go. With all the very good airline apps out there(united, delta, Lufthansa etc) I’m surprised they can’t figure it out. Some specifics: every time I open the app it wants me to check in- even after I’ve boarded the plane! It asks for the same information multiple times. You can’t easily manage your flight (i.e. look what is going with your connection in the event of a delay) and in the event of a delay there were zero notifications. I was generous with a 3 star rating.

You book upgraded seats and want to simply move seats in same class. It’s impossible. APP says to call Call center to make seat changes but call center says they can’t do that. Finding contact agent info is worthless. They do not offer USA number or email for inquirers. This is easily done on other airline apps in seconds.

This app is almost completely useless, especially in comparison to airline apps such as that of United Airlines. For example, if one wants to change seats, or simply look at the seat occupancy, one has to start with “check in” and then go through a multi-step time-wasting process even if one has already checked in. How a national carrier could put out something like this without any sense of shame is beyond me.

Dear ITA , we really want you to become prosperous so please fix that App in a way that it is user friendly: You download the app You sign up You login in You immediately see where you can enter your booking code and last name You find your flight and it is saved to your profil You can check in This is the standard nowadays as you see at Ryanair Easy jet Wizzair Eurowings even Lufthansa , American Airlines you name it.

Don’t see my booked flight info. Don’t even see where my booked flight info would be. Is there another app for that. This seems fixated in the Voltaire number, whatever that is. Maybe it’s just my account number. But I want to be able to see booked flights, book flights, and what up to security with my digital boarding pass. Can someone comment on where that is?

I just downloaded your app and the days are all off by one day and don’t match the dates!!! They are not accurate starting today, 30 March, a Saturday. It’s not just that the days are not displaying correctly above the dates. In the , I selected September 3 through September 15 for a round-trip flight and it plugged in September 2 through the 14th for a search. I did it twice. It did it wrong each time.

Aggiustate l’app per l’amor di dio. Una vergogna. Neanche il calendario è giusto. Svegliatevi.

A ogni aggiornamento c’è un problema nuovo. Prima voli che compaiono e scompaiono, ma se re-inseriti dà errore in quanto già precedentemente inseriti. Ora addirittura proprio non funziona da giorni e carica il sito internet in una schermata dentro all’app, come già successo un’altra volta in passato. Senza considerare i log-out ingiustificati.

This is the worst App ever. It gets into a loop and will not update or complete a process. So many airline apps are tied together these days when flying multiple airlines but not this one. Very Sad

Booked a flight on ITA then downloaded this app. As has been noted, it never remembers you, your flights, and in my case, has persistent problems at log in. It is utterly useless
