Description
The itour Local Guide App is a Wifi audio streaming receiver and only works in conjunction with the itour SmartBox. It is primarily intended for tour guides who use an itour SmartBox for audio transmission with their group. It allows the tour guide to send the connection data of the itour SmartBox for billing purposes.
It also enables the tour guide to offer a multilingual audio tour. In addition to the tour guide's live broadcast, pre-produced audio content to certain sights in several languages is broadcast in parallel. The audio content is then triggered in the itour Local Guide app by the tour guide depending on the location.
If guests would like to take part in a multilingual tour, it is also necessary that they also use the itour Local Guide as the recipient (instead of the regular itour SmartGuide app).
