Meliá: Book hotels and resorts

I was not able to book the trip during sale period, received error on the app. Once sale is over, I can book it. Same on the company for not honoring the sale price and forcing clients to pay more.

I tried booking using my points and credit card. I received an error message when submitting. When I went back to try to book it my points had been deducted and the promotion ends today.

My future wife and I were attempting to book our stay; in doing so we wanted to make a change to our reservation. When we went back, it ate her sign up points showing that she now had a zero balance. As a result, I had to create my own account to be able to utilize the points for our stay.

App is very unstable and behaves like early .com services from 90x. It is shame to have actually pretty nice hotels, but so underdeveloped IT infrastructure. Especially ios app.

This app is wild it shows constant errors and I have seen prices that are different that when you go to the MELIA website … why is the app price higher ?

Is the best option, easy to use, very friendly. And Melia always provides excellent service.

Trying to log into my account and I keep getting a “there was an error”. An error shouldn’t mean that your password is wrong but Just to be safe I went to reset password, entered my email and another message saying “there was an error”. What a horrible app they can’t even make more accurate messages to know what’s going on and there is no information on who to contact. PLEASE HELP!

App is useless

Signed up and got reward points and stayed in Cancun. App wouldn't let me find my trip and the staff didn't know how to get it loaded in the app. Looks like lots of nice features, but I guess there's not an easy way to get to them.
