Multiline LaTeX isn’t supported in a $$ Block. Neither \\ nor \newline works. Also \begin{align} doesn’t work. Very poor implementation of LaTeX.

Mermaid plugin does not work with iOS 18

Since I only use the app for notes, the problem is not so serious for me. However, it is disappointing that the Pro version of the app advertises the conversion to docx, but this document can only be opened with restrictions in Office 2019 and not at all in O365. I would urgently recommend a fix for this, as the functionality of the Pro variant as a simple note tool for quick and easy generation of work versions suffers greatly.

Looks like iCloud synchronization consumes too much energy. It needs an optional value for adjustment. My battery is draining very much while typing.

I tried so many editors on my iPad and this one is the most beautiful and clean one, I found. It's super beautiful and works awesomely well!

Ich nutze die App, um meine Doktorarbeit auf dem iPad schreiben zu können. Normalerweise sitze ich am Mac und nutze schreibe in Markdown mit VS Code + Pandoc, aber für unterwegs fehlte mir bislang ein Editor. Dabei habe ich schon viele andere Apps probiert, aber keine konnte bislang überzeugen. Mir gefällt bei iWriter Pro das schliche, anpassbare Design und die sinnvollen Features. Besonders die Tastenkombinationen erleichtern mit die Arbeit!

Ich nutze die App hauptsächlich zum Schreiben meiner Blogposts, welche ich dann direkt als Markdown in dem Blog kopiere. Die Rechtschreibprüfung ist, eine Traum, genau wie die App selber. Ich kann mich wunderbar auf dem leeren „Papier“ verlieren und gänzlich auf meinen Text konzentrieren. Am iPhone sammel ich die Ideen, als Strichpunkte. Am iPad Pro werden diese zum letztendlich Text ausgearbeitet. Die Shortcuts sind schnell zu erlernen, das Arbeiten geht flüssig von der Hand und der Spaß am Schreiben leider kein bisschen. Dazu die günstige, einmalige Investition, kein zusätzliches Abo und eine nahtlose Integration in die iCloud. Ich bin nicht weniger als begeistert, es ist eine Freude diese App täglich nutzen zu können.

Ich habe die App für IOS und Mac gekauft, um geschäftlich (also DSGVO-konform) Notizen und Konzepte zu verfassen. Leider ist der Sync nur mit iCloud möglich. Ich kann die Dateien nicht in GoogleDrive speichern oder öffnen(vom iPad aus) oder neue Dokumente erstellen. Auf die Fotobibliothek habe ich auch kein Zugriff, wenn ich in den Einstellungen „GoogleDrive“ als Speicherort einstelle. Wieso gibt es die Möglichkeit, wenn ich den Speicherort „GoogleDrive“ nicht nutzen kann? Bitte dringend nachbessern. Vielen Dank.
