Won’t stay connected to my hearing aids. Not good

This is VERY annoying. I go from hearing well to not hearing hardly at all.

I love the hearing aids, but the app doesn’t always work. I guess it works about 1/2 the time. I would love to have access to controls 100% of the time.

you need ios 16.1 or better to have a pairing which remains connected; else it disconnects in one day or less.

After updating iPhone app stopped working, reinstalled app and it only stays on the welcome screen. Very frustrating

1. The left side seems to always scream for unknown reasons. I try cleaning, adjusting the setting in the app and the volume on my phone. 2. When the phone is in another room, the hearing aid doesn’t work properly. I really don’t like the fact that the phone has to be near the hearing aid to hear phone conversations. 3. If my head lean slightly to the left or right the left side of the hearing aid starts to scream. 4. I would like to have the ability to answer my phone using the hearing aid when I’m not close to the phone.

These are great hearing aids! The app with my phone is wonderful. I can adjust the volume and a wide variety of environments. Huge improvement in my quality of life! The payment plan made a huge difference in my ability to purchase. The interaction with the Doctor has been great. I receive supplies whenever I request them. Have to buy a box for tv for $250 to turn tv sound off and heat thru hearing aids. Really!!!!!
