PLEASE fix this ASAP!!!! This latest update just bricked my tinnitus support in my profiles. I am no longer able to use the vol slider or mute / turn up. The profiles are stuck at whatever vol they were defaulted on or none at all. I’m a tinnitus sufferer and it’s the only reason I just got these $4k hearing aids which are completely useless to me now. PLEASE FIX ASAP!!!

I’ve tried other hearing aids, like Signia and prefer the Jabra hearing aids that I purchased from Costco. I find Jabra to be superior to the Signia hearing aids. And with Costco pricing you get a better quality hearing aid at less than half the price. Plus Costco as always has excellent warranty.

I’ve been using the app for one month with new Pro20 aids. The app only works when it’s open, i.e. if you leave the app it disconnects from the aids. This prevents the many normal Bluetooth functions from working, e.g. notifications for messages etc. As a test I open the app and allow the status to change to connected, then switch out and then immediately back to the app … onl a fraction of a second, and it’s disconnected. The Jabra app looks nearly identical to the Resound app. It worked perfectly for me for the past 6 years.

Still learning and amazed at the adaptability of the app and the aids

I have had the hearing aids close a year now and have had a number of issues. 1) defective wiring to one of hearing aids 2) I find no difference in some of the settings - no matter how I adjust it does not see to change anything) I have adjus ted while in a setting that should have changed things but it didn’t no matter how many I adjusted. As for the service from Costco they have provided good service every time I make a visit to them. For the cost of the aids I would have expected a better quality. Will think TWICE before I would recommend them.

My hearing wasn’t really bad, but what I was missing out on was the words in a movie or at a large gathering. I’d be watching a movie in a theatre and everyone would laugh. I’d heard the sound of talking, but had no idea what was said. Similarly, I’d be at a meeting or in a large group and couldn’t hear the actual words. Testing showed that I could hear the lower sounds and couldn’t understand the words in the upper ranges. Often I’d want to watch a video on my iPhone, but didn’t want to bother others around me. Now, nobody has a clue that I’m listening to a video, movie, podcast, or music. We just signed up for the Shaw Ignite tv system. I’m trying to figure out how to pair my hearing aids to my TVs. I love having my hearing aids. They allow me to enjoy the talking around me. Also, I love that I can hear any sounds or talking on my iPhone.

The app works great but it’s fiddle to activate on the Apple Watch. A simple addition of a watch face complication to activate the app would be very welcome

Have improved quality of life by a lot!

The app is user friendly . The restaurant mode is used the most as the aids help to manage the sounds there.
