Unable to remotecontrol most of the time. It just times out or fails. My sprinkler fluid was low at a time and the warning came up in the app. But after refilling it keeps saying “low sprinkler fluid”. Even the dealer does not know what to do about it. Try reinstalling but same issue… Design in the app is pretty nice, but thats pretty much it :(

Somehow all information is transferred back and forth between the vehicle and phone but still the remote stop charging function keeps on timing out.
Too often, Remote reports that my car is driving when it’s perfectly parked, locked, and armed. Otherwise, I would've given a higher rating.
For 22 hours my vehicle has been “driving” as well as “in sleep mode” this happens from time to time with this app. If I had a Chevy, I could use the key fob for remote start.
Says it’s unlocked when it is locked. Many malfunctions.
So to auto start my Jaguar I have to do it thru the app but your inControl system won’t update in my car and had to get you to fix it had to get sued in a class action? If your system doesn’t update, you should check the class action lawsuit to see if your vehicle is a part of it. They just announced that they lost and they are going to have to fix the systems for people’s vehicle.
