Use the App to remotely:
- Prepare for a trip by checking fuel range and dashboard alerts
- Locate your vehicle on a map and get walking directions to it
- Check if doors or windows are open
- View journey information
- In the event of a breakdown, request Optimised Jaguar Assistance
- Plan future journeys and sync with your vehicle*
- Connect your favourite music and lifestyle applications to your InControl account for use in vehicle.*
For vehicles with InControl Remote Premium, the following additional features are available:
- Check on your vehicle security status and lock/unlock your vehicle if required
- Cool or heat your vehicle to the desired temperature prior to your journey*
- Locate your vehicle in a crowded car park with ‘beep and flash’ functionality.
*Availability and function depending on vehicle capability, software and market.
Download the Jaguar InControl Remote App and then login using your Jaguar InControl username and password to connect to your vehicle. This App requires subscription to one of the following packages fitted to the vehicle:
- InControl Protect
- InControl Remote
- InControl Remote Premium.

Limits info
What a sham this is. I want more functions that could be given. I want the API to be open so the car can talk to the charger and automate smart charging. I want to know the tyre pressure for instance, set charging limits etc etc. All the info about the car that is there but is hidden behind an archaic design choice. Laughable for a premium brand to have such a basic conservative app. Either get good at this or open the info.
Is the app broken?
Cant start cooling/heating from the app. Get an error like «request failed»

Unreliable communications
Looses connection to the car often. And no ability to control charging by setting start and stop time and no ability to stop charging at a given percentage. Nice looking crap!
App is simple, but ok
App works ok, as expected. Calulation of range is far off, so it would be way better if we could see the charging effects in kwh (not in km) as in previouse app. I would really like to see battery temperature, and suggestions to increase that in cold weather before charging. Jaguar seems to struggle to heat battery during charging (in minus degrees).
