I downloaded the app to both my iPhone and iPad. I opened it first in my iPad and proceeded to purchase a 30 day ticket which gives me access to premium features. When I tried to use it on my iPhone it asked me to pay again? One account, two payments? It’s not right. Tried to contact developers but there’s no way.
Instead of google maps use this. This is more accurate.
Relied heavily on this app when we traveled to Kansai. The option to prioritize a tourist pass helped a ton to figure out how to best use our 3-day Kansai Thru Pass. Navigating our day trips to Himeji, Kobe, Nara, Kyoto, and Takarazuka was so much easier with our app. One thing though is that buses aren’t always on schedule (especially in Kyoto). Rating four stars for now because it is missing the SunQ Pass for Kyushu buses. It would be a big help if the developers could please add it as an option too so I can plan out a potential Kyushu trip. 🙇🏻♀️🙏
I’m very glad I had found this app before. This what I always use now for almost 3 years. But now I’m having trouble with it because it keeps on closing everytime I press the Leave now option for I want to change the time. Restarted my phone, ios is up to date, I don’t see any update for the app. I’ve already uninstall and installed the app again. What should I do?
Unable to change the time because when “Leave Now” is clicked, the app crashes
This app is the best when you’re travelling to Japan. You can plan and set your itinerary (with very useful articles) and it provides you with the calculated time it’d take for you to go to your destination depending on the transportation passes you bought. It also suggests the different routes you can take and lets you share your itinerary to anyone via email. Just amazing and super helpful!! I hope all countries have this app!

Super helpful app when I was in Tokyo! Highly recommended for first time travelers.
The latest update removes the night train routes. Please bring them back.
