So easy to use.
This app is so easy to use and will have anyone flying to their trip in no time.
Not quite intuitive
Experience isn't that great when making bookings as it actually gets redirected to a temporary browser and not the app itself. Session is easily lost once we lock and reopen the phone. Progress it's not saved and we can't pickup from where we lost. If you take Singapore airlines app this is not the case.
So Easy
Jetstar’s app makes it so easy to book my flights. You can easily see when there is a cheaper flight or different times.

Having the app - and therefore notification of changes to gates, flights etc has been a game changer - very quick to check your flights - love it

Wonderful app thanks
The app needs to show that you have to queue for an hour
Surely this can be added to the app! The queues are hundreds of passengers and they have 3 persons at baggage check! Just show a flag of Red as this is PATHETIC! Cheap rubbish Airline!
