Catastrophic customer service
We rented a car in a very poor condition, which we reported on the platform. The owner had certified that we had returned the vehicle in good condition (the same condition in which we found it). Now, 1 month later, we are accused of having smoked in the vehicle and money is taken from us, which is TOTALLY FALSE. But customer service hasn't replied despite our numerous reminders. We have no way of defending ourselves despite being sent proof (photos and videos). This service is to be avoided, prefer rental agencies, which are much more professional.
