Terrible app crashes
Each time I try to put in the destination the app crashes.

Serves no purpose
I thought after the recent updates this app may have improved. Unfortunately not. All existing reviews are still valid - this app is completely useless. For example: No way of checking itinerary- it directs you to refer to your email confirmation!! Booking summary- is not a booking summary. It’s a simple breakdown of costs. Boarding passes - forget it. You can’t use the app for this Buggy - clicking on any of the optional links causes the app to crash Changes to booking - must be done online I’m trying to work out exactly what this app is supposed to be used for??? It should be completely removed as it’s an embarrassment to the company and a frustration for the end user and serves absolutely no purpose. Deleted!
Hopeless, frustrating app!
Developer clearly doesn’t understand safe areas and puts buttons off the screen. The date picker crashes on second launch so you can only enter one date, then have to force quit the app to enter another. C’mon apple, this shouldn’t have passed review!

Thieves, Liars and Incompetent Morons
JetStar are the worst airline by far. They cancelled a flight and made us incur extra costs which they said would be refunded. After over one month of going into chat and emailing after they said they would pay for the extra hotel and food cost incurred, still no sign of the money! But guess what, every time you talk to them the same morons deliver the same message that the bank details are incorrect even if you check with your own bank and then supply different accounts. I’d always book an alternative carrier now like Qantas or anyone else for that matter. I’m truly sorry I ever got mixed up with these moronic theiving incompetent toe tags!
Awful doesn’t work
Couldn’t view boarding passes and therefore had to join the long check in queue
Beyond useless
Designed to let you do the square root of zero on it. UX are not even two letters that should be uttered here, there is no experience. Just rubbish.
Pointless app and doesn’t give you a BP
Downloaded as I have checked in and do not have access to a printer. On the Pdf boarding pass (which I have to print) it says download the app for speedy paperless boarding or some cr@p. So I did. It doesn’t let you download a boarding pass. What a waste of time....
it’s actually laughable
Plain and simple... it doesn’t work! deleted!
Doesn’t work properly
Booked flight and checked in through website so had the boarding pass as pdf file, but no access to printer. Downloaded the app in order to use mobile boarding pass (only reason I can see for wasting phone memory on airline apps) but just didn’t work. App deleted.
